The FRIENDS™ Experience is located in The Pavilion (3rd Floor), across from Ethan Allen, and above Cheesecake Factory & Urban Outfitters. The closest parking lot is the Blue section.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets will be available to the public starting December 15th, 2022 at 10am ET. Sign up for our waitlist for special access to presale tickets.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Standard tickets start at just $32.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates. Peak Tickets are $39.50 each, plus taxes and fees.

DO YOU OFFER CHILD, STUDENT, MILITARY, OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS

Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS™ Experience. Tickets for children ages 4-10 start at $26.00 each, plus taxes and fees. Tickets for students (high school/college ID required), members of the military, and senior citizens (age 55+) start at $29.00 each, plus taxes and fees.

WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?

IF I HAVE EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 IN THE PAST 10 DAYS SHOULD I STILL ATTEND THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE?

Guests who have experienced symptoms (even mild symptoms) of COVID-19 in the past 10 days should not attend The FRIENDS™ Experience . Please reach out to us at info@friendstheexperience.com and our team will work with you to reschedule your visit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF COVID FORCES THE CLOSURE OF THE EXPERIENCE?

While we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and Team, events outside of our control may force the closure of The FRIENDS™ Experience. If so, we will reschedule any Guest tickets impacted to a new time and date.

Does The FRIENDS™ Experience have a code of conduct?

Providing a safe and fun environment for guests is our number one priority. All guests must adhere to our Experience Code of Conduct below.

• Profanity, abusive language and unruly behavior are not permitted
• Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are not permitted on premises
• If you are late or need to reschedule your ticket to another time/date, there is a standby line; if an opening becomes available, we will allow entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, fanny packs or any other container on the premise
• Line jumping is prohibited. Guests who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store
• Guests are required to wear shirts, pants and shoes
• Guests should not enter if they have a temperature over 100.4oF
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited
• No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE EXPERIENCE?

By Car:

• From the East: Center City Philadelphia: I-676 West to I-76 West (Valley Forge) to Mall Blvd. exit 327.
• From the South: Philadelphia International Airport: I-95 South to I476 North. Take exit 16B to I-76 West (Valley Forge) to Mall Blvd. exit 327.
• From the West: Harrisburg/Lancaster (Tolls): PA Turnpike (I76) East. Exit ramp 326 to I-76 East. Exit 328B to US-202 North. Immediately after Gulph Road, Mall Blvd. will be on your left.
• From the North: Allentown/Lehigh Valley (Tolls): I-476 South. Continue 40 miles. Exit on your right at exit 16 to I-76 West. Exit 327 is on your right.

By Bus:

• King of Prussia is accessible from several SEPTA bus routes. For specific routes and a timetable, visit http://www.septa.org/service/bus/

IS THERE PARKING?

There is free parking at the King of Prussia Mall, the closest parking lot is the Blue section. There is also valet parking inside the Orange Parking Garage next to Neiman Marcus.

IS THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE ADA ACCESSIBLE?

We're proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversities, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE?

We love our furry friends, however pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.

Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open! There'll be T-shirts, tote bags, plush toys like Hugsy, Joey’s bedtime penguin pal, and so much more. Get your lobster a Crap Bag!

IS THERE AN ONLINE STORE?
